TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. General

1.1 In this document, any reference to “Thaba Phuti” will include Thaba Phuti Safari Lodge (Pty) Ltd (Reg no.2003/024985/07), Duikerbult Game Farming (Pty) Ltd (Reg no. 2000/028330/07), Burchelli’s Boerdery (Pty)Ltd (Reg no. 2002/002240/07) and, Erf G van die plaas Duikerbult 360 JQ, (Reg no. CK98/18853/23), the owner/s of the Farms Duikerbult 360 JQ, Middelfontein 361 JQ and Kwaggafontein 375 and/or the holding and subsidiary companies, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, it’s successors and/or contractors of all of the above.

1.2 This agreement and its interpretation shall be subject to South African Law.

1.3 All reservations will be on a pre-payment basis as stipulated. Should payments not be received timeously, Thaba Phuti reserves the right to automatically cancel such reserved accommodation. Provisional unpaid reservations will not be held for a period longer than 2 days (48 hours).

1.4 All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy set out below.

1.5 Guests are allowed to check-in at 14h00 and checkout time is 11h00. Any variations on these times must be arranged with the Thaba Phuti Safari Lodge Manager prior to the guest’s arrival and any variations are at the sole discretion of the Lodge Manager.

2. Rates

2.1 All rates are quoted per person per night, inclusive of VAT.

2.2 Thaba Phuti reserves the right to amend published rates.

2.3 Rates quoted include two game drives, dinner, bed and breakfast, lunch and formal high tea which is not refundable. Special rates will be specified as per occasion and may or may not include all of the above.

2.4 Rates are quoted in South African Rand.
