3. Children Policy

3.1 Children under 12 years are not permitted.

4. Booking Policy

4.1 No reservation is confirmed until a 50% deposit is received to confirm the booking.

4.2 Thaba Phuti reserves the right to automatically cancel reserved accommodation unless a deposit is received within the stated period (2 days/48 hours).

4.3 Thaba Phuti reserves the right to charge the following cancellation fee should a confirmed reservation be cancelled within the following period:

• More than 21 days - 50% of deposit (25% of full amount)
• 7-21 Days 25% - full deposit (50% of full amount);
• 7 Days or less - 75% of full amount (deposit +25% of full amount);
• 48 Hours (2 days) or less full amount.

4.4 All guests shall settle their extras accounts in full prior to departure from the lodge.

4.5 All reservation amendments or cancellations are valid only if Thaba Phuti confirms the amendment or cancellation in writing by facsimile or e-mail.

4.6 Full pre-payment of accommodation must be received 15 days prior to the guest’s arrival.
