5. Payments

5.1 Payments can be effected by either:

• Credit card, in which event the following information must be provided to Thaba Phuti: Credit card type, card number, card expiry date, cvv no (last three numbers on the back of the credit card), cardholder's name and ID or Passport number; or

Payment must be made in South African Rand and a copy of the deposit slip faxed to +27 (0) 14 5493903

6. Dietary requirements

Any special dietary requirements must be advised at time of booking or well in advance of the check-in. We will do our utmost to comply with any of your requirements.

7. Indemnity

As Thaba Phuti is situated in an area where the presence of dangerous animals, reptiles, birds and other wild life may present a risk, Thaba Phuti requires that an indemnity be signed when entering the Lodge premises and when making use of the Horse trails activity.
